Free Printable: Customizable Play Date Cards

play date cards

Summer break is almost here! Need to give other parents your contact info for a play date? Here are some customizable play date cards for you to use (they can also double as business cards if you wish).

These would be great to use if your child is allergic to something or you need to relay special instructions, just jot your note down on the back of the card.

There are two designs to choose from:  Robot  or Kawaii Flowers Play Date or Business Cards

I hope you enjoy!

  • Paper – Card stock would work great
  • Printer (colored preferably)
  • Paper cutter or scissors

  • Print the cards – make sure that you have the page scaling set up to “none” – do not “fit to page”
  • Fill out the fields (fill one out and the rest gets updated)
  • Cut the cards along the tracing lines
  • Enjoy!

I seriously cannot get over these! First, what a FABULOUS idea to have “play-date cards”. Second, the design of these is beyond precious! My husband and I have a silly thing for robots. We buy all sorts of robot accents for our daughter’s room, and she can regularly be seen in a robot onesie. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for these FABULOUS cards! You are so talented!

  3. I can’t seem to download the file for the flower cards. Is there any other link I can get to? Thanks! This is just what we need to give to my daughter’s friends as we just moved to the area and haven’t had time to meet all the moms of her new friends.

I have found that it depends on the browser that you are using.  Try right clicking and “Save target or link as” and it should save it to your desktop.  If it still doesn’t work shoot me an email: joy(at)
